Built for field reporting

Field Report Writing Tool

BlueLineNote helps officers capture structured field details in real time instead of switching between scattered notes, photos, scans, and memory.

Everything is organized into one workflow so reports are easier to complete, review, export, and finalize — often before the scene is even cleared.

Capture Details Fast

Record incident details, people, vehicles, locations, notes, and supporting information in one place.

Organized Workflow

Structured sections help reduce missed details and make reports easier to complete after the scene.

Private & Local

Data stays on the user's device. No cloud storage. No developer access.

How it works in the field

Start a report at the scene. Scan a driver's license and the identity fields fill themselves. Add the narrative by typing or dictation, attach photos, and mark crash details on a vehicle diagram when the call is a collision. The structure builds as you work — incident reports come out NIBRS-structured and crash reports MMUCC-coded — so what you hand off is complete, consistent, and ready for review.

It's built for patrol officers, crash investigators, field supervisors, and detectives — anyone who writes reports in the field and wants to finish them there. Works offline in dead zones; export a clean PDF when you're done.
