What BlueLineNote Does

BlueLineNote is designed to replace scattered notes, memory gaps, and disconnected tools with one structured workflow for capturing and organizing field information.

Instead of writing everything after the fact, officers can document details as they happen and organize them into clear, structured reports.

Field Note Capture

Record incidents, people, vehicles, and observations in real time.

Crash Documentation

Document vehicle crashes, diagrams, and impact details clearly.

Report Organization

Structured inputs reduce missing details and improve report quality.

Scanning & OCR

Scan IDs and documents to quickly fill in report fields.

Voice Input

Capture details using speech-to-text while on scene.

Private & Local

No cloud storage. Data stays on your device only.

From the scene to the record

Everything captured in the field flows into a finished report: incidents come out NIBRS-structured, crashes come out MMUCC-coded, and the exported PDF carries the officer's signature on your agency's letterhead. A built-in review flags missing fields and codes before submission, so reports pass the first time instead of bouncing back from records.

It works offline in dead zones, requires no account, and keeps every report on the officer's own device — nothing is uploaded, synced, or retained anywhere else.
